The deviation of vibration frequency should not exceed 2.5% of the specified value.
The difference in amplitude between the symmetrical points of the plates on both sides of the screen box should not be greater than 0.3mm.
The horizontal swing of the screen box should not be greater than 1 mm.
The high-frequency sieve should run smoothly and flexibly without jamming.
The temperature rise of the vibrator bearing should not exceed 40C; the maximum temperature should not exceed 75C.
Noise should not exceed 82dB (A) during high-level sieve empty load operation.
