1. No vibration or intermittent operation after starting the equipment

(1) The fuse of the vibrating feeder is blown or shorted by the coil.
Solution: Replace the new fuse in time, check the coil layer or the turn of the vibrating feeder vibration motor to eliminate the short circuit and connect the lead line;

(2) The protective cover is damaged and rubs against the eccentric block.
 Solution: Repair or replace the shield and adjust the angle of the eccentric block.

2, no feeding or insufficient feeding

(1) The silo load squeezes the feeder chute, causing fatigue damage or breakage of the spring plate and the connecting fork.

Solution: Note that the feed port and discharge port of the trough cannot be solidly connected with other equipment, but the chute should be kept with a certain range of swimming so that it does not affect the normal amplitude of the vibrating feeder;

(2) Excessive feeding, resulting in accumulation of materials in the machine base, increased resistance of the screw conveyor, and poor operation of the hopper
Solution: reduce the amount of feed immediately and keep the feed even;

(3) The vibration amplitude of the feeder is small, and the shaker cannot adjust the amplitude normally. Exciter thyristor is broken down by excessive voltage and current, or the gap between equipment components is blocked by excess material
Solution: Clean the clogged material in time and replace the shaker thyristor.

3. The noise is abnormal or the impact sound is loud during the operation of the vibrating feeder.

(1) The anchor bolt or the vibration stirrer and the groove connecting bolt are loose or broken.
Solution: inspect the bolts everywhere, replace or fasten them;

(2) The vibration spring of the vibrating feeder is broken
Solve: Replace the vibration spring;

(3) Vibration motor voltage is unstable
Solution: Adjust the motor control to maintain the rated working voltage to avoid collision and voltage instability of the machine components during vibration.

4, the feeder does not start
(1) Check if the three-phase power supply is out of phase and the voltage meets the requirements;
(2) Check if the motor has jamming;
(3) Check if the feeder is loaded, and if so, restart the load after cleaning.
