However, under normal production and use conditions, oxidation still exists, especially in the process of equipment use and cleaning, the protection of the passivation film is essential, so the core of rust prevention is to protect the integrity of the passivation film.

In order to ensure the use effect and service life of the equipment, the equipment must be cleaned after each screening operation. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the passivation film by using the correct cleaning method for different pollution.
1. Contamination of grease and lubricating oil: first dry the oil stain with a soft cloth, then clean it with a neutral detergent or ammonia solution or a special detergent.
2, dust, easy to remove the pollution of dirt: use soap, weak detergent to wash under warm water.
3. Pollution of trademarks and film: Wash with warm detergent under warm water.

4. Contamination of adhesive: use alcohol or organic solution (ether, benzene) to clean.
5. Rust caused by surface dirt: It is cleaned with 10% nitric acid or grinding detergent.
6. There is rainbow pattern on the surface: this situation is caused by excessive use of detergent or oil, and it is washed with warm detergent under neutral water.
7. The surface is bleached or acid contaminated: firstly washed with water, washed with ammonia solution or neutral carbonated soda aqueous solution, and finally washed with warm detergent under neutral water.
The daily cleaning and anti-rust maintenance of the vibrating screen must pay attention to the details in place, and carry out corresponding cleaning and disposal for different contaminants, which can effectively extend the service life of the equipment.
