     1. The working part of the sieve is mainly the screen mesh. The screen mesh is fixed by the stainless steel wire (or polyurethane strip seam) on the sieve plate at a certain interval. The polyurethane sieve wire has certain elasticity, and the material can produce two after impact. The secondary vibration is beneficial to the material passing through the screen. When there is foreign matter in the screen, it should be cleaned up in time.
2. When using the coil spring, pay attention to the vibration condition of the coil spring. If abnormal phenomena occur during the vibration process, the coil spring should be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the screen machine.
3. The bolts of the sieve support device should be inspected once every 72 hours of operation to ensure their normal operation.
4. When the vibration exciter is being repaired, the bearing installation should be carried out under dry and dust-free conditions.
5. The disassembly of the exciter assembly shall be in the reverse order. The removed parts should be cleaned and checked for continued use.
6, timely replacement of wearing parts, such as sieve wire. Check every 500 hours, check the sieve plate for looseness, and fasten the bolts at the sieve plate, the coal shield connection bridge, etc.
