Introduction:

D(TD)-Type vertical Bucket Elevator is composed by moving parts (hopper and traction tape), with the upper section of the drive roller, with the lower section of the idler pulley, intermediate casing, driving device, non-return brake, etc.

Features:

1. This bucket elevator is characterized by rapid centrifugal discharge

2. The rubber conveyor is used as a traction component (Belt Bucket Elevator), so it is not suitable for conveying large pieces of materials with high grinding and cutting resistance.

3. The temperature of the material transported shall not exceed 60 ° c. 150 ° c is allowed if the heat-resistant rubber belt is used.

4. The bucket elevator capacity is 3.1~66 cubic meters per hour and the height is 4~30 meters.
