How ZD vibrating hopper work?

The vibration motor is switched on and the vibration motor starts to vibrate. It generates a vibration force that causes the lower part of the hopper to vibrate strongly in the horizontal direction. The horizontal excitation force is decomposed into normal force and tangential force through a cone or spherical activator. The normal force radiates to the depth of the material. The tangential force causes the material to be cut, thus eliminating the arching of the material in the warehouse, and then makes the material flow out of the outlet like water. Cut off power supply, so vibration motor stop vibration, and discharge can  stop.
